MAXPAK 320

MAXPAK 320 is a two component semi-flexible polyether-based polyurethane foam system particularly effective for pour-in-place packaging. While exhibiting high load bearing characteristics, the material is flexible, and has low permanent set. Nominal density is one-third pound per cubic foot which provides for particular cost-effective packaging. The foam system is ideal for foam-in-place applications where total or partial encapsulation of the product is necessary for protection in transit, such as in aerospace/electronic industry, military packaging, optical equipment manufacturing, and other related industries where damage free shipments are imperative. This system also lends itself well to the molding of corner pads, tops, bottoms, etc. MAXPAK 320 pour-in-place packaging foam meets MIL P-26524E, type II class II grade C specifications.
