Maxflex 1205-6

MAXFLEX 1205-6 is a two component low density self-skin semi-flexible foam chemical system ideal for automotive and aircraft trim parts such as crash pads, arm rests, head restraints, and other special applications. Products such as spa pillows and bicycle seats have also been made from this foam system. Foam density and firmness can be controlled by the degree of mold over-packing, mold temperature, liquid component temperature and mixing ratio of each component.
