Maxflex 390-3

MAXFLEX 390-3 is a two component flexible Polyurethane Foam System specifically developed for low density molding. Nominal density of the finished product is in the 2.75 to 3.00 lbs. per cubic foot range, when open blown or not restricted. Higher densities may be obtained with closed blow or restricted mold. Skin thickness and firmness can be controlled by the degree of mold packing. The 390-3 foam system produces a foam that is soft and fluffy to the touch. Products produced by this foam system include automotive seat cushions and movie props.
